Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

      • All visitors at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • Cancellation policy: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals, please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests, however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee.
  • Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently occurring in several neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. The person reserving must sign the agreement and stay in the property during the reserved dates.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee (see cancellation policy above).
  • Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
  • This home is pet friendly for an additional rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Two dogs, maximum of 40lbs each.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee.

Parking Information

  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March. Chains may also be necessary in winter months.
